Survey Based Data Entry: Retail Sector

One of the largest sports shoe retailers in the USA undertook a customer survey. We received tiff files containing scanned images of the questionnaires from the client through their ftp server. Once we had received the files they were sent to the assigned project consultant who then coordinated with programmers to develop specific in-house software for the project.

All the survey forms were hand written and required double keying in of the data along with stringent data quality checks. The project duration was 1.5 years and the volume was 250,000 to 300,000 images per month. We achieved 99.8 % accuracy level.

One leading Hospital in the USA undertook a patient survey regarding blood pressure.

Number of fields to be keyed in:

45 survey related questions all numeric.

All the survey forms were hand written and required double keying in of the data. The project is ongoing and the volume is 50,000 records per month. We are achieving 99.9 % accuracy levels.

Directory Record Typing Project:

In this project client provided Hard book via courier and we required it to scan and then enter data in to ms-excel. So all the records from the book were entered in to ms-excel in the Time duration given by client with excellent quality. After seeing our work, client decided to give his next book and that is already going on.

Hotel Database Collection Project:

In this project client gave list of hotels in each city of world and we required to collect the information of each hotels with their full details like contact details, facilities, policies, room details, Prices etc. Client gave the readymade software to accomplish this task. And finally client was satisfied with your excellent work.

White Pages People Search Project:

In this project, Client provided the excel spreadsheet with person names and address, city, state, zip etc. inside it. We needed to verify whether the provided details were right or wrong and if it was wrong then we needed to take the correct details in separate columns in the given spreadsheet. The client got 100% correct result from us.

Capturing contact numbers by Names:

In this project, client gave excel spread sheet with names, address etc. in that, and he wanted to have phone numbers of the persons listed in the sheet for calling purpose, By using people searching websites, we got the contact numbers of the available person on the websites. Client was pleased with our results.

Restaurant's Project:

In this project client gave list of restaurants and needed to search the other restaurants that was coming inside the given distances from the given restaurant. We collected Restaurant names, Addresses, city, state, zip, Contact no. etc. in excel spreadsheet as required by the client. Later on client wanted to have email addresses and websites of these restaurants so it was formed as separate project, and after all client was happy to see our quality standards.

Image Cropping, Resizing Project:

This project is an ongoing project and requires to crop the provided image and resize them if necessary and some time background removal is necessary. It is a weekly turn around project and successfully going one.

Image Clipping path Project:

This is ongoing project currently going on with Turnaround of 24hr. We need to make clipping path of the provided images and if necessary, remove or whiten the background of the images. We use Ftp for heavy image file transfer. Client is happy with our quality and project is smoothly running.

Products detail capturing Project:

In this project, client gave a list of software companies, and we needed to capture all product list of that companies and capture full product details of each product like product description, image, dimensions, screenshots, buy link, trial link, price etc. after collecting all the product details, we uploaded all the details to client website. Client was pleased by our work.

Music Album Data Entry Project:

In this project, Client provided original copies of music albums and we needed to capture required details from it like Album name, Artist name, Album description, Reviewer, Star Rating etc. We worked exactly as per client instruction and achieved excellent accuracy as per client requirement.

Website Product Uploading Project:

In this project we uploaded the product and its details to client website for online selling of those products. We were required to upload full product details like product name, price, details, images, etc by collecting this details thru other websites provided. We achieved perfect accuracy and client got lots of customers for his selling business. So this project is not ongoing as we need to update product details and add new products frequently.

Forms typing Project:

This was a very short turnaround time project on daily basis. The client is used to give scanned images and required data back after 4 hrs from giving it. The project nature was simple data entry typing project but turn around was very short, and we are dispatching output files on daily basis to him within the given Turnaround time successfully.

Shopping cart Furniture products uploading:

This project is long term. The client has website for online selling of furniture items, so we need to maintain the products on the website like add product details, product price, image etc. and maintain them, Update them. The client is getting healthy business due to our accurate product details and daily maintenance of his database.
