1. What level of security do you have on your network to ensure data security.

Internet Security

These include using anti-virus software, using a firewall, don't open unknown e-mail attachments, don't run programs of unknown origin, turn off computer or disconnect from network when not in use, and make regular backups of critical data.

Microsoft Windows-related attacks

All systems in our network have their hard drives unshared. This takes care of malicious and destructive codes, which take care of unprotected Windows networking shares to propagate. All servers in the network are LINUX based, hence are free from Windows-related attacks despite being shared.

2. How do you validate the address information?

Presently we have only US and UK post postal address file thru which we cross check all the UK and US addresses. If the Australian Post Postal Address file is provided we can check the data at the entry level itself.

3. Is your data entry 100% verified.

All our data is 100% verified at character level.

4. What is your guaranteed accuracy rate

We guarantee 99% accuracy at record level i.e. no more than 1 erroneous record out of 100 and 99.5% character level accuracy.

5. What is the cost and turnaround time to process forms containing First name, surname, street address, suburb, state, postcode, phone number, mobile number and email address.

It solely depends upon the client’s requirement.

6. What is your cost structure. What type of images do you require to key from. What infrastructure do you have in place for the transfer of images and the return of data.

Our cost structure is US$14 per 8.5 Hours of man work. Image type can be Tiff/PDF or Jpeg. We have 1MBP T1 Dedicated line for the transfer of images and the return of data.

7. What are the other terms for data processing?
